Miyako has long black hair. Sometimes she curles them, but usually they are straight. Her eyes are brown. She is quiet tall (5’7’’) and slim.
She likes to wear Japanese stylish clothes. She usually doesn’t wear make-up, but sometimes she makes up her eyes and lips. Her jewellery is small, almost invisible.
Personality:
She is cheerful and active person. She doesn’t like to stay in one place too long. Miyako is very talkative, but sometimes she doesn’t think about what she just said.
Her husband used to say that she is like water – she gets used to situation and doesn’t stop. He is right to some point, but she is more like calm forest’s stream – calm and patient. She tries to live in harmony and follow Japanese traditions, which play very important role in her live. Miyako is also very superstitious.
As a teacher she is lenient, but also demands from her students respect and commitment in lessons.
History:
Miyako was born in Takashima. She was second child in Takamura’s family. Her older brother Koichi used to say that she was an unbearable brat, but she didn’t believe him. When she was a child around her always happened strange things and she blamed evil eye for it – that’s why she is so superstitious. She attended muggle school in Takashima.
When she turned 11 she received letter from Japanese magic school. She was shocked and thought that Koichi made fun of her. But everything became clear when one of senseis from school explained her that.
In school teachers used to say that she is smart, but lazy. That was true – Miyako loved her classes (especially Charms and Defence Magic), but she didn’t apply herself to learning. However she was in school duellists’ team and three times she won the Tournament.
When she was 16 years old, during her summer holidays, she met some young foreigner who bumped into her in Takashima. His Japanese was good, but his accent made her laugh. He introduced himself as Nathaniel Connors and invited her to a cup of tea. She was enchanted by his attitude. She almost regretted that she is a witch and she had to leave him when holidays will be over. Nathaniel was a man of her dreams. But when a new term started she met him again at school – he was hired as an assistant of Muggle studies teacher. The man of her dreams wanted to make his Japanese better and she helped him.
When Miyako graduated Nathaniel left Japan without one word and that surprised her. She was sure that he will stay with her in Japan, but he broke her heart. She felt betrayed by him and Koichi swore that he will kill Nathaniel, when they will meet each other again.
Miyako lost all faith that Nathaniel came back. She tried to focus on her future. She dreamed about big journey to Europe, but she had to raise funds for it. She got a job in Japanese Ministry of Magic. And then, after a year, Nathaniel came back. She was really mad at him, because of his disappearance, but when he proposed to her she forgot about everything. Her dream came true. After the wedding newlyweds were travelling around the world for about ten years. Finally they arrived to England where they decided to stay in Nathaniel’s family manor.
